Custom Fish Processing Services

We work with a local processing plant to provide custom fish processing services for the passengers. Passengers may have their catch prepared fresh or smoked Alaska style. The daily catch is filleted, portioned, vacuum sealed in plastic pouches, frozen and boxed for FedEx overnight shipment. Major credit card required. 

The Fishing Guides are happy to arrange Custom fish processing services for our passengers on board the charter boats. The fishing guides will assist the passengers in filling out the processing forms and submit the days catch to the processing plant for the passengers.
